Learn to Paint like Bob Ross®

Thank you so much for your interest in booking Painting with Rita for a Paint-Like-Bob session.  You can learn to paint like Bob Ross^®!  You can book private sessions (for 1-6 people) and learn the Bob Ross Wet-on-Wet Technique^® by appointment.  I teach here at my home, and typically don’t book on Mondays unless necessary.  Classes can start any time between 1:00 and 5:00 PM any other day of the week per your preference, as long as I have availability.  I am currently booking 2-3 weeks out, so be sure to request your session well in advance to get your desired date(s).

Landscape/Seascape

The requested canvas size determines the cost and length of the class.  For a Bob Ross^® Landscape style oil painting session, my prices are as follows:

• $75/person for a 12×16 canvas – about 3 hours
• $100/person for a 16×20 canvas – 3-3½ hours, and
• $125/person for an 18×24 canvas – 3½-4 hours

You will find that these prices are much lower than most artists charge for private classes of this length – but I like keeping art accessible to my clients!

These costs include an apron for each participant to wear while painting, as well as canvases and all other supplies.  I provide a lot of individualized attention while we paint one Bob Ross^® painting of your choice, together – each on our own canvas!  For just a few examples of types of paintings you can do, please check out my gallery here: https://paintingwithrita.com/paintings/bobross/landscape.

Floral

If you have interest in a Bob Ross^® Floral style oil painting session, typically the classes can go a half hour to a full hour longer than the landscape classes, and cost $15/person more, as follows:

• $90/person for a 12×16 canvas – about 3-4 hours
• $115/person for a 16×20 canvas – 3½-4½ hours, and
• $140/person for an 18×24 canvas – 4-5 hours
